Consent to personal data processing

1. Operator and purpose

I voluntarily consent to Ekaterina Burdiugova (Бурдюгова Екатерина Александровна) processing my personal data to review my enquiry through burdiugova.ru, prepare a reply and conduct related professional correspondence. The operator’s data-protection contact is eburdiugova@gmail.com.

2. Information and processing activities

This consent covers my name, email address, message and technical submission details: form language, consent confirmation and version, and request information required to protect against abuse.

Within this purpose, processing may include receipt, recording, use, storage of correspondence, correction, transmission to delivery and email providers, cessation of processing and deletion.

3. Enquiry delivery

I have been informed that form data and consent details are sent through Resend to eburdiugova@gmail.com in Gmail. These services participate in delivery and storage of correspondence, which may involve transmission outside the Russian Federation.

This consent does not replace the operator’s compliance with applicable data-localisation, notification and cross-border transfer requirements. It does not authorise advertising mailings, publication of my message or disclosure of my data to an unrestricted audience.

4. Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains in effect until the enquiry has been handled and related correspondence completed, or until it is withdrawn. To withdraw consent, email eburdiugova@gmail.com with the subject “Consent withdrawal”. Processing may continue to the extent permitted by an independent lawful basis.

5. How consent is confirmed

Consent is expressed by a separate, initially unchecked checkbox and submission of the form. The server does not accept the enquiry without this confirmation.

The consent version and form language are included in the message delivered to the operator. This consent is separate from the privacy policy; both documents are available before submission.
