Privacy policy
How enquiries submitted through burdiugova.ru are handled and which browser preferences are saved.
1. Operator and contact details
The operator of personal data received through burdiugova.ru is Ekaterina Burdiugova (Бурдюгова Екатерина Александровна). For questions about processing, access, correction or deletion, contact eburdiugova@gmail.com.
This policy covers the contact form and technical preferences on this website. External websites opened through links have their own privacy rules.
2. Information processed
Visitors choose to submit their name, email address and message. The enquiry also includes the consent confirmation, document version and form language.
To limit repeated submissions, the server keeps an IP-address hash and an attempt counter in memory. The rate-limit window is 10 minutes; expired entries are cleared on subsequent requests or when the process restarts. The application does not create a separate persistent database of enquiries.
- Required form fields: name, email address and message.
- The information is used to review the enquiry and reply.
- The form is not intended for passport details, payment information, medical data or other sensitive information.
3. Purposes and basis for processing
Enquiries are handled for professional communication about roles, collaboration and projects. Form data is processed on the basis of the visitor’s separate consent, available before submission.
Request checks and rate limits protect the form against abuse. The website does not use enquiries for automated advertising mailings or publish visitors’ messages. Where expressly permitted by applicable law, processing may continue on an independent lawful basis.
4. Transmission and email services
When the form is submitted, the name, email address, message and consent details are sent through Resend to the operator’s Gmail mailbox, eburdiugova@gmail.com. Resend provides delivery; Gmail is used to receive enquiries and continue the conversation. These providers also process information under their own terms.
Using Resend and Gmail may involve processing outside the Russian Federation. Such transmission must comply with applicable localisation and cross-border transfer requirements. Visitor consent does not remove these requirements. This policy does not state that those providers’ databases are located in Russia.
The application has no public enquiry directory or personal-data sales function. External PDFs, social networks and tool websites are opened only when the visitor follows their links.
5. Retention and deletion
Enquiries and related correspondence are processed for as long as necessary to review them and complete the associated professional communication. Information should not be kept longer than required for those purposes or by law.
When the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, the operator stops processing and arranges deletion within the periods required by applicable law, unless an independent lawful basis allows continued processing. Requests may be sent to eburdiugova@gmail.com.
Email and delivery providers handle technical records under their own rules and service terms. Deleting a message from one mailbox does not itself delete every technical copy held by providers.
6. Information security
The form validates required fields, request size and origin, limits repeated attempts and includes protection against automated submissions. The delivery-service key is kept on the server and is not sent to the browser.
The public website must use HTTPS. Access to the mailbox and enquiry-processing accounts is restricted to authorised persons; technical controls do not replace the operator’s organisational responsibilities.
7. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, cessation of processing or deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent. Start by emailing eburdiugova@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data”.
The operator may ask for information needed to identify the relevant enquiry. Do not provide excessive documents unless lawfully requested. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
9. Policy updates
The current version is published at this address. If changes to purposes or processing require new consent, previous consent does not automatically cover the new terms.
